Comfort Inn Shelby

This place suits me perfectly! They offer free wifi, great parking, and friendly 24-hour reception. The staff recommended local delivery which I still remember. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay! I'm coming back for a city trip.

Room was clean and nice and cool. Was stocked with everything we needed.Breakfast bar had good variety (and good coffee). Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Drink machine was not stocked, and what it did have in it was not the advertised product. The parking lot exit only led one way, which was a little inconvenient.

The setting was easy, next to mall.

The place was clean, I booked the king room with views of swimming pool, everything was perfect. It had good and easy location close to Cleveland Mall. The service was all in all excellent!

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Location: the hotel was near to restaurants, mall and restaurants and CLT airport. The breakfasts with many options:)))

I had a fantastic stay, with helpful staff who made sure we had everything we needed and a comfortable bed that gave me a great night's rest after exploring the local attractions such as the Earl Scruggs Center and Kings Mountain Reservoir, both of which were a short drive away making it easy to enjoy city strolls and scenic park views.

A Solid Place for the Business Traveler

The staff were super friendly, always asking how they could help. I really appreciated them opening breakfast early for everyone who had to go to work. You just don't see that a lot these days. Plus, the room was clean, all I needed after a long day of meetings.

Not exactly budget friendly, but it was decent for what I got.

The room was clean and had a spacious bathroom. The housekeeping staff was super friendly. I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and sun loungers . The only downside was a slightly broken toilet seat, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

The friendly staff welcomed us warmly, and the clean, spacious rooms were perfect for my large family. We especially enjoyed the great breakfast, like exploring the nearby golf courses.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities at the hotel, especially around the pool area for a fun in-between.

I appreciated the comfortable seating in the lounge areas was great. The staff were very attentive.

Hallways were a bit warm for comfort.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

The staff were pretty good, especially when they prepared special breakfast items for my grandson. The variety at breakfast, including fresh fruits and warm pastries, was a lovely touch. While the hotel is an older building, the maintenance was excellent. A little updating could enhance the overall experience.

The two queen beds were super comfy, and the hotel vibes felt really nice and cozy. Plus, the mall was just a short walk away for some serious shopping action!
